Summer vacation is just around the corner!  This is a good time to remind parents to review the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines.  The guidelines can be accessed online by doing a search on www.in.gov/judiciary.  Many times, parenting time disputes can be resolved by simply consulting the guidelines.  Plus, it is the obligation of both the custodial and non-custodial parent to read and understand the obligations and visitation schedules set forth in the guidelines.
