I just read an interesting article on Foxnews.com which alleges that coffee drinking can lead to hallucinations. The article, found at http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,479872,00.html, states that research suggests that individuals who drink more than 7 cups of instant coffee have an increased tendency to hallucinate.
Apparently, the high caffeine intake can cause individuals to hear voices and sense the presence of non-existent people.
