Beginning July 1, 2009, banks and other lenders will be required to give its mortgagors a foreclosure notice, which warns them of companies promising to assist in “saving” their home (for a fee, I am sure). The required notice is included below.

Yesterday, the attorneys and staff at MEP closed the office early and headed to Louisville for our annual trip to Churchill Downs! The weather was absolutely perfect and everyone enjoyed watching the races from Millionaire’s Row.
